UP AND RUNNING

RTI's products can be implemented fast, because there is no need to define or build your own system. In fact, most companies can use our software with only minor personal customization of panels and fields. This allows you to get your system in place quickly and then start focusing on what's really important; improving your customer communication and internal business processes.

Training for CustomerFirst and SalesFirst is provided by RTI's staff of expert Business Consultants, using extensive training methods and materials we have developed over the past 10 years.

Implementation is usually done in two parts:

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION SETUP AND TRAINING
During this initial training we discuss your business, and your current and desired workflow, and we determine how to best integrate this within the system. Typically, managers of the specific user departments participate in this process. We jointly determine the tasks that must be completed in order to put CustomerFirst, and/or SalesFirst, into your production environment. When applicable, we begin the setup process by entering information into the production database as decisions are made.

We also train the people who will be responsible for systems administration. System Administration of RTI's products does not require development type personnel.

USER TRAINING
User training is typically broken down into separate classes for support/help desk, development and QA (if applicable), professional services, marketing and sales, and management. RTI can provide training for your internal trainers or we can provide the training for the actual end users. RTI also provides training materials that can be customized for your particular environment.


   
   
   


In addition to standard training classes, RTI can provide Process Consulting to assist you in refining the business process and workflow being used in your organization. An RTI Business Consultant will review your current workflow and procedures and analyze the interactions between the multiple departments, response time requirements to customers, and other processes. RTI can then help you define procedures and workflow that will provide a more efficient mechanism to accomplish your goals. This is an important step since Customer Relationship Management is only effective if you have also implemented a Business Process "strategy" along with your CRM system.

This ASP option provides you with Managed Services. RTI provides all the database administration for CustomerFirst, including daily backups and upgrading to future versions of CustomerFirst.
