SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION SETUP AND TRAINING During this initial training we discuss your business, and your current and desired workflow, and we determine how to best integrate this within the system. Typically, managers of the specific user departments participate in this process. We jointly determine the tasks that must be completed in order to put CustomerFirst, and/or SalesFirst, into your production environment. When applicable, we begin the setup process by entering information into the production database as decisions are made. We also train the people who will be responsible for systems administration. System Administration of RTI's products does not require development type personnel. USER TRAINING User training is typically broken down into separate classes for support/help desk, development and QA (if applicable), professional services, marketing and sales, and management. RTI can provide training for your internal trainers or we can provide the training for the actual end users. RTI also provides training materials that can be customized for your particular environment. |

administration for CustomerFirst, including daily backups and upgrading
to future versions of CustomerFirst. Your database will be hosted at an
Internet Data Center (IDC). These IDC's are built to create a totally
fault tolerant and secure environment for mission critical applications.
