"Total Source" service in HDN's call centers. Utilizing
RTI's CustomerFirst Enterprise Suite, HDN and RTI are offering a
Business Process Outsourcing solution that utilizes HDN's Canadian
Call Centers and RTI's Help Desk, Problem Resolution, and Sales
and Marketing automation applications. Memcorp, Inc, the exclusive
